I had my first shift at Wetherspoons behind me. Yesterday, 10 hours 12am to 10pm. That was fun! So my feet have worn 4 hours to recover (and so it has stopped hurting). But overall it's been fun I must say. You quickly a conversation with people and all are full of helpful. Yesterday was all a bit confusing. Not only do I need to learn menu and drinks and how to operate the cash register, no, everything on your English. Is sometimes not easy to understand the customers. The times I felt really sorry because they had to repeat 3 times what they do and I finally got someone still needed to help me. Well, but I think the war on the series. Tonight at 6's continues. 8 hours. Although not yet know how to grade over the stand, but I sort it out. Half past 12 I'll go to any event first Body Attack. Whether such a good idea I know it's not, but feel like I've had! * G * Also, I can go and uebernaechste week already, since today must be like. Next Saturday, I must say job immediately by 12 hours (12am-12pm) and the week after I'm probably in London. If I do not work ... So let's see. Well my friends, then I wish you all a great weekend! Hello my friends!
I think it's time to catch up with you! :) Again
2 weeks are around, the time goes by way too fast. In the last few days is a lot going on. My last mail was yes on 31.3. when I was alone, because the Bradleys were with their grandparents. I was bored, however, as I continue to look around for jobs. But still it was nice when the kids came back Wednesday afternoon. Crazy how quickly you get used to the little ones. The rest of the week but then was rather quiet. On Friday I had a job interview in an elementary school. That was great and I got the offer to work 6 hours a week as a Teaching Assistant. Unfortunately, I can now have no time to make it, but more on that ... On the weekend (5./6.04.) I was with Rachel and the kids alone. Saturday I will also finally visited the family for which I New Year's Eve in France babygesittet have: Mike, Kate and baby Daniel. The ride there was was slightly annoying because I have not found the house forever, but ultimately it was really nice to see all again. And the house is free of a dream! As in the movie! Money would have to have * g *. In the evening I had a nice evening on the computer, the Skype with Anne and a bottle of wine. * Lol *
The next week began well again great. Did the school (my job last year) paid a visit and I met with my former supervisor David. Have super nice and talk later, I was still an hour from Mark. Half 5, I had another interview. In the Wetherspoons (pub) in Bury. Thanks to Mark, because he plays rugby with the manager. The conversation was also great, which means: I have a job !!!!!! Can 20 hours a week working there, perhaps even more, as needed. Since I work in layers, it works, unfortunately not with the job at the elementary school. But still, I'm really looking forward, because now I can really stay here until early July! But back to my week. * G * Tuesday (08.03.) I have visited Pauline (lender of last year). That was a very nice afternoon. Looking forward every time to meet familiar faces. Wednesday was again more quietly and at night I was in Gym for Body Pump. I've since re-registered, because it's the last Year was always so great there. And I need some exercise even if I can not even make Unisport. Well and on Thursday I was finally in Manchester. Drove the same morning at 9 and it was just great. About the time all the shops and streets were empty and I was able to stroll quietly through the shops. I love Manchester! :) Night I was back in the gym. Step and Body Pump. Then I was done, however, totally and am almost just fell into bed. Friday, I've slept well, wasted the day more or less, and by 4 I have made their way to Liverpool. Marie (I also know last year at the airport learned well from Thuringia) added me to their housewarming party invited into their new apartment. Was super nice. Have again met new nice people and had just a great evening. Half-4, we were then in bed by 8 and are already out. Have a little more telling and at 10 I have made for home. I then directly to the gym to Body Attack and then go home. Sophie (the girl) then I do not even stirred from the side. Sure, of withdrawal symptoms again, after all, had I not seen the kids since Thursday evening. * G * Mark and I then played with the kids hiding in the house. I had fun! One need only ask the girl where she is and once you go: "Hehe, I'm here" Or you look less "loud" ('re Talking here) and hear them in their hiding place (in which she was then already the 3rd time) giggle. I was in any case only at the party! Sunday had to Beth (7) continue to work on their project and Rachel also had to correct some, so Mark and I went with the two little ones to Warrington to an amusement park for kids (Gulliver's World). Was great. In the end, like a normal theme park, so with the same attractions, but just for children. So not so fast. Were over 5 hours there. The kids liked it great and I must say, me too! * Lol *
Yesterday I had my induction at Wetherspoons. At 11 it started. Only had to look at a few videos, the company, and how to do what, etc., and then I was working. Was fun and I guess I'll get through this. Were indeed a pile of new information at once, but I am sure I am getting used to it quickly. A bit confused, it is still, because somehow there seems not to know what the other. I still massive paperwork filled out to get my working hours (they would be forgotten if I had not asked) and then the first day was already around. Well, only 4 hours, but still ... I'm at 3 am with Sophia had been made. Were drinking coffee together. Very funny, just as it did last time's then went home and that's it for now. Today I just tried to Cheesecake. Which it announced on Friday by Marie and that was sooo delicious that I have the recipe can be. What is even now! I think at least. Let's see what others say. * G * Yes, we'll see what I'm doing the dates yet because I have to work again until Friday. If a long weekend: Saturday from 12-22 Clock, Saturday and Sunday 12-18 18-02 Clock Clock. But am looking forward to it. Will then mail in the next report as it was. For today it is to be but for now have been. How are you so? Everything okay in good old Germany?
